Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by end of business on the Tuesday prior to the event. If you do not cancel your reservation by the deadline, you will be responsible for paying the event fee even though you were not able to attend. You can cancel by calling Nancy Hardwick at 206-232-9400 or online by registering again but writing "cancel my reservation" in the comments section.

PayPal Policy: If you cancel your registration to a PSRF function and you paid via PayPal, a fee of $1 will be taken off the amount refunded to recoup processing costs charged by PayPal.
