Presentation: “Discovery on a Budget: Logitech Uses New Quantitative Research Technique to Revamp Products”
Before joining REI, on a daily basis, Jeff Chen, Manager of Consumer Insights at Logitech, uncovered consumer opinions, beliefs and behaviors to guide the creation and marketing of feature and technology-intensive products such as computer mice, keyboards and gaming peripherals. With a shrinking research budget, Logitech needed to find a new, cost-effective way to both explore and optimize opportunities. Jeff will share Logitech's solution -- a new quantitative research technique (Socratic Technologies' Configurator AnalysisTM) which uses exploratory elements to facilitate discovery.
